Lease deal on a 2014 BMW 535d

I'm considering the following deal:
VEHICLE
2014 BMW 535d
Luxury Line
Premium Package
Heated Front Seats
Park Distance Control
Rear-View Camera
Power Rear Sunshade
LEASE ASSUMPTIONS
36-month term
10K miles / year
$0 down payment
0.00081 money factor (after MSD discount)
61% residual value
DEAL SUMMARY
MSRP: $63,900
Invoice: $58,800 (effective invoice = $56,300 after $2,500 BMW rebate / incentive)
Cap Cost: $55,795
Acquisition / Bank Fee: $725
Documentation Fee: $80
Monthly Lease Payment: $577.25
Total Drive-Off Cost: $6,191.70 (includes $4,200 in security deposits)
Is this a good deal? What else, if anything, should I attempt to negotiate? Thanks.

At a CAP cost of 55,795, I get a payment of $543.88. If the other $34/mo. is tax, then I'd say you are good to go..

It look like you negotiated a very good deal. Do you mind sharing the name of the dealership and contact. I'm also in the market for the same car.
