just watched the latest legit street cars episode. He just bought a nice 2001 F150 lightning. Paid 19K, which apparently in today's market was cheap. A few years ago it was like a 12-13K car. Crazy.
See if you can spot the camouflaged leopard cub in this brain-teasing wildlife photo. It might look like there's only one leopard in photo, but two tails are visible. Where is the second leopard's face?

I can only see one leopard and 2 tails. The spoiler alert did nothing to help. Perhaps someone can circle where it is supposed to be.
I tend to blame Photoshop for every such picture I see now.
It is not photoshopped. Not even the photographer realized that he had captured the cub until much later when he was going over his cache of random photos.
Are you serious? Are you looking at this on a smartphone or a real computer? Have you had your eyes checked lately? If you follow the arrow that I drew in, it is pretty obvious.

I’m sorry but unless you actually know the photographer and can vouch for the validity of this photo I don’t believe it.
If you zoom in there are tell tale signs this has been photoshop’d
Also how is the cub holding himself up? There is no horizontal branch under him to be sitting on (the one the adult is on looks too far away) only a vertical branch in the back of him.

Here is the link to the original story. Maybe it’s real, but I just don’t always believe any pictures on the internet. I know quite a few graphic artists that can fool people.
With the zooms I can finally see a head but I am still unconvinced it is real. The head is about half the size of the obvious cat, but the tails seem to be about the same size.
I am not good at any of those kind of "what do you see?" pictures. I think I'm related to Mr. Pitt on Seinfeld.
Car Stereo Any thoughts as to cost of replacing amp, subwoofer, and speaker for a MB C250 2014. Had it looked at by dealer, but cost crazy and do not have warranty although not sure if it would have been covered.

The vertical branch holding the cub up could be hidden by the trunk of the tree that's hiding the body of the cub.

Will always vary wildly based on how good you want it to be. I would research and find the best car audio places in your area and stop by for some ballpark estimates, and examples of what you can do.
I think a MB like that has very integrated electronics. Replacing a head unit might not be easy. But can always add an amp and better speakers. Unless you really want CarPlay, BU camera, XM, etc.

@stickguy has some good advice there. I'm not sure how many car stereo shops will have worked on a MB like yours, but it wouldn't hurt to ask.
To get a little better idea of what might work, before you go to the stereo shop, I recommend that you spend a little time on https://www.crutchfield.com
Choose "car audio and video", and then "find what fits your vehicle".
Thanks for the help. Looked at crutchfield products. No upgrade only replace same type of amp and speakers as I suspect they no longer work. Suspect amp shorted out and speakers burnt out. Going to local place recommended by the owner of another car audio place that did not reopen post covid. I also got positive feedback from scratch and dent guy I know. I guess we will see what happens.
That is the disadvantage of contemporary cars. The infotainment system is custom fit to the vehicle and provides function for more than audio. Gone are the days of a quick and easy head unit change and good selection of possible replacement units.

That's what we have in Florida....a 2014 C250, with no backup camera, but the radio and speakers work fine. btw, there seems to be a lot of those on the road today, they seem to hold up pretty well, and they still look nice....IMHO.

The background of the picture compared to just the head doesn’t seem natural. It’s almost like you can see image that placed there and then electronically blended in. Also as noted the head is small but the tail appears full size.
IDK maybe I’m wrong, but it’s just my opinion.

The background near the head seems to have continuality (patterns in the tree bark don't seem to suddenly change as you go away from the head) and the tail of the cub does look a little smaller than the full sized one but the head isn't that much smaller than the parent. I would say that going by the size the cub is close to being full sized.

Tell me about it! Replacing the radio system and entire head unit in my G90 cost $5600 according to my service documents. That is just for parts - labor was $2500+. Luckily, the amplifier and speakers did not have to be replaced - just plugged them right into the radio and head unit.

I originally heard that word (Sesquipedalian) in an old John Wayne - Susan Hayward movie, The Fighting Seabees (1944). It kind of stuck in my head, but I've never had the opportunity to use it until now.
