noise on 99 park avenue ultra

I love my husband's car, but there is a very noise which bothers me. Whenever you crank the wheels sharply, to the right only, I just cringe. It sounds as if something is rubbing on something, or straining. I remember someone on the board thinking that it might be something to do with brakes. Any help would be appreciated as our geniuses in Tucson don't know.

Well, all they have to do is put the car on a lift and watch what happens when you turn the wheel to the right. Find a good tire and alignment place and ask them to check it out. Could be something like a dust shield under there has come loose.
