Jeep Grand Cherokee Lease deal NJ

I was just quoted a lease deal for 4x4 grand cherokee limited in NJ for 12k/36 at $417/mo with 2500 down, all taxes and fees included. Is this a good deal or should I keep looking?

    MSRP was $41,200, selling price was $38,217.

    I don't have this month's numbers, but using last month's numbers, it's a great deal.

    Where did you get this quote? Just started shopping around.. first quote I received was for 4x4 lmited w/ uconnect and nav including taxes, fees, everything rolled in was for $550/month but didn't negotiate. Trying to match a friend's deal for $444/month all in nothing down. 36mo / 12k.
