Mercedes C-300 Luxury Lease question

Need comments on the following deal:
2014 C-300 with Premium package1, Navigation (but no Multi Media package).
10k per yeart
27 month lease
Down (including title, tax registration, bank fee, cap cost reduction, etching, prep fees etc.) = $3500
Per month = $330
2 year Oil Change = Free

We would need an MSRP and selling price to give any sort of opinion. Also, if that includes tax, what state?

Not sure exactly but MSRP was around 43k and selling was 38k. State is NJ. $3500 includes everything (OTD).

They have a pretty strong 27 month lease program on that model, this month. .00089 MF and 69% residual for 27mo, 10K/yr. With an MSRP of $43K and selling price of $38K, I get $368/mo, with no CAP cost reduction...

$3500 is probably $795 acq.fee, $750 sales tax, $400 registration, $330 1st payment, $300 dealer fee (?). That leaves about $1000 as a CCR.

With $1000 as a cap cost reduction, that puts the payment down to $330/mo..

So, pretty good, huh?
