2014 Demo Car Pricing - Chevy Impala

I am trying to figure out the best way to price a 2014 Impala LTZ LZ2 Demo Car with 4800 Miles on it.
It has the comfort and convenience package, as well as the bose audio and navigation.
New it seems to be priced at 35,100
I guess my question is, how much should i take into account for the 4800 miles driven and it being a demo car.

I also know that the 2015's are beginning to come out soon. Im not sure how soon, or how much of an effect that would have on a 2014 demo car.

I always try to compare it to a comparable brand-new unit. In my experience, dealers don't think it's worth as big a discount as I do... But, I'd say $1500 less, minimum than a new 2014, or I wouldn't even consider it... (It would probably take $3000 less for me).
