Hey guys, first time poster here. I was hoping to get an idea if the following offer is good in your opinions.

BMW 428i

MSRP - $45,025
Residual Value - $28,365.75
Term - 36 months
Miles - 10,000 per year
MF - 0.0013

Monthly Payment: $435 including tax.
Down $3,000 (including first months payment, taxes/title/fees)

Is this a good offer?

$3000 down breakdown

$912.40 is towards inception fees which includes first month payment and registration and dealer fees.

$1915.23 is down payment towards the car.
$172.37 is tax on the down payment.

What is your state/tax rate? Any idea of the selling price assigned to the car?

9% state tax, not sure about the selling price close to $40k something

There is a $1000 incentive on this model.. I'd put the selling price around $39,600, including the incentive.. Maybe a little lower, because you have to account for a $725 acq.fee, and that $912 wouldn't cover that and the first payment..

Looks pretty good.

Hey guys,

I just got a quote on a BMW 428i lease and want to know if you think its good deal or if there is more room in it. Here are the details
MSRP: $49050
36 month lease
15k miles
minimum drive off= approx $1000
Payment= $529 w/tax

Car is a pretty basic M sport with the tech package, and heated seats.

Appreciate any input.
