BMW 328X "demo" lease numbers

Was just quoted for a 2014 328X with premium, nav, cold weather (MSRP 46,775) 358.00 for 36 months, 12K yearly.
The car is a demo with 5500 miles on it.
I am paying the fees (2685.00) upfront.
Long Island NY.
They are also paying 1100.00 for the last two payments on my Lexus lease.
How good of a deal is this?

    Does your $2685 and the $358/mo. include tax? If so, it looks like a stellar deal. If the monthly lease price is less than a new one, demos are the perfect vehicle. You are under the warranty and maintenance plan for the full term of the lease, so absolutely nothing to worry about.

    Yes, the 2685 is the first month, taxes, and bank fee.
    Thanks for the reassurance.
    I, too thought it was a stellar deal.
