Is this a good Audi A6 lease deal?

Hi guys newbie here. Thank you so much for your guidance here.

I'm looking to lease an A6 but don't care about purchasing this vehicle so the residual isn't important to me.

Dealer is offering me:

A6 2.0 quatro tiptronic premium plus package

42 month lease

15k miles

0 down payment (except standard registration)

$525 month tax included and 1st payment is free.

MSRP=$52,000
Res= 48%
MF= .00058

Is this a good deal?

    The residual is important because it affects your lease payment. But, those are the base numbers for that model, so that's good.. You don't state the selling price on your deal or your tax rate, which would help.... but, that looks like a very good payment, considering the lease program that Audi is offering, this month.
