Which Audi A6 would you buy??

So I have negotiated two deals and wondering which is the better value?

First:

2012 Audi A6 Premium Plus with only 14,000 miles for $40,500 and it's a CPO.

Second:

2013 Audi A6 Presitge with 18,500 miles for $44,500 and also CPO.

Is the extra $4k worth the Presitge and newer year? The 2012 has less miles, but not sure which way to go. I obviously like the 2013, but it is $4k more.

Any advice\opinions is greatly appreciated!

Hard to price these without knowing all the options, which engine, whether FWD or AWD, etc. Based on them being FWD, they both seem rather overpriced. The CPO adds 2 years warranty so that gives an edge to the 2013 but whether you want all the gadgetry of the Prestige package and whether you will use it, is a rather subjective opinion.

Still don't know enough. Which engine on the 2013.

The 2012 seems about $1500 too rich.

    Sorry, both are 3.0 engines

Well in terms of price, warranty, etc, seems like the 2013 is a somewhat better deal, although I'd like to see you buy the car at $43,000 or less. While the 2012 is cheaper, I personally don't see that car at much over $36K, since I'm not sure the CPO is worth THAT much. I dunno, how important is that "lane assist" gadgetry to you on the 2013? Maybe you should try it out and see how it works. I have heard that some of these "driver interference" devices can be annoying.

These comments by the way, presume the cars to be pristine--as new.

Thanks! I feel the same way. I've been working the deal for a while and cargurus.com has it listed as great deal.
