2014 BMW 428 Lease. Good Deal?

Hey guys,

I just got a quote on a BMW 428i lease and want to know if you think its good deal or if there is more room in it. Here are the details
MSRP: $49050
36 month lease
15k miles
minimum drive off= approx $1000 (includes license/fees, tax, first month payment, etc)
Payment= $529 w/tax

Car is a pretty basic M sport with the tech package, and heated seats.

Appreciate any input.
