Looking to lease a 2014 Infiniti Q50 AWD.

Hello everyone
I'm looking at leasing a 2014 Q50 AWD, Premium package, Leather seats, Nav. 39 month lease. MSRP is 46,380 with 42,700 cap cost. Residual they gave me is 52% and .008 MF (which sounds messed up). They quoted me $515/month - this includes taxes/fees. $2000 down. I'm sure I can knock them down a bit, but was curious what the experts think I should pay.

    39mo, 15K/yr? 52% residual and .00008 MF (4 zeros).

    At that MSRP and CAP cost, I get $481/mo, plus tax.... which looks pretty close to $515/mo.
