2014 Honda Odyssey Leasing question

Looking to lease an Odyssey for 3 years until my kids are out of car seats. Never saw myself in a minivan but 8 months ago didn't see a third kid on the way either :). That being said I was offered the EX-L with no money down, first month and tags doc fee etc at 649 and the next 35 months at 391. Is this a good price? Should I look for lower? Also I've never leased a car before so at the end of the term I'm not interested in leasing again and don't see myself buying a Honda Pilot or something similar so does that leave me in a bad spot? Any and all advice comments would be welcome. Thanks mike

To calculate or evaluate a lease payment, you'll need to know the MSRP and the selling price, at the very least.
