2014 Honda Odyssey EX lease deal. Dealer came back with a better offer...what do you think?

I just got the below lease offer on a 2014 EX. Does this sound good??? I may be buying today unless this is a bad deal. I'm new at leasing but this seems good to me. Am I missing something?

Here's what I can do:

$363.28 + tax = $392.71/mn
36 month lease
12,000 miles/year
OAC

$28,612.24 sale price
595 acquisition fee
562.45 license fees
399.98 doc fee
392.71 first payment
