Looking at 2 ATS. Both base models (2.5L) with CUE. One has a sunroof. MSRP of the one with sunroof is $36,400. The other is $33,200. Money factor is 2%. Lease terms 39 months/12k miles. $380 tax included, nothing out of pocket. This is for both ATS. Not sure if this is a good deal or not. Any insight would be great and thanks in advance.

$380 a month, each. Not $380 for both. Wanted to clear that up.

Do you know the selling price? There is either $1500-$1900 lease cash available on this model, so you should negotiate a low selling price.

I didn't get the print out but I believe the selling price for both was 33,200 more or less. Sorry I don't have exact numbers to be able to help gauge better. I feel $380 is a bit high but I'm not too lease saavy.

A lot more goes into a lease payment.. What state/tax rate? And, what amount do they want at signing?

Tax is 7%. The deal is with no money out of pocket. Not even tags or tax. I do know the money factor is 2%. They displayed it in percentage and not decimal format.

Okay.. about $355/mo, plus tax.. 54% residual for 39mo, 12K/yr. The 2.00% APR is correct, which converts to an approx MF of .00083.

On an MSRP of $36,400, that equates to a CAP cost of around $31,800. Given the ZERO out of pocket, it looks like a decent deal.

I haven't shopped this vehicle, so I'm not sure how low you can go. You can use the Make/Model/Year tabs at the top of the page to research pricing and incentives ($1500-$1900 lease cash, for sure). It doesn't look like a bad deal, from here.

Went with another dealer and this was the deal I got.... MSRP $37,455.00. ATS 2.0 Turbo with CUE. Negotiated price was $34,578.20. Rebates totaling $2500. $0 out of pocket. 39 months/12K miles. Got the tire warranty because the turbos brings run flat tires. $389 tax in and including tire warranty which was an extra $9. I think this was a decent deal. At least I hope so!

Looks good.. Under $400/mo for a Cadillac can't be bad..
