2014 CR-V EX-L AWD what is the RV & MF for 12,000 miles per year & 36 months Lease

Can I get example lease calculation for sale price of $27K with 0 down on 36 mo. / 12K miles.
Also, will there be any change for 10K miles?

    .00039 MF and 59% residual. $750 lease cash.

    If Honda offers a 10K/yr program, the residual would be 1% higher.

    Need both MSRP and selling price to calculate a lease payment.

    About $270/mo. plus tax..

    Due at signing would be 1st payment, $595 acq.fee and title/registration/doc fees.
