1989 dodge D150, cannot remove ignition lock cylinder. got a manual, bit it doesn't even look like the one I got. need help.

My vague recollection is that you remove the wheel and lock plate and then you'll see a little hole in the cylinder housing and you poke a suitable probe in there and release the cylinder.
