Does anyone have the current residual and money factors on a "Audi A4 2.0T quattro Tiptronic with A4 Premium Plus and Technology Package" with a sticker price of $44,725. Looking for 10K miles for 36 months. What should be the realistic monthly lease with $2500 down which includes first month lease, doc, registration, plate etc.

.00099 MF and 55% residual.

If the $2500 is all going to 1st month and fees (no cap cost reduction), then the payment with a 6% discount from MSRP would be about $550/mo.+tax

But, keep in mind... Audi covers the first payment of this model. It shouldn't take $2500 for an initial payment on this vehicle, unless you live in a state that collects the tax upfront.
