I have just changed the timing belt
set timing to what it calls for but still
won't start. New plugs, disturber, fuel
pump. Any suggestions.

I'd test for spark first, then if that's okay, test for fuel pressure at the fuel rail, then test that injectors are opening. Then and only then would I start tearing into the timing belt again.
