Is this a good deal for a lease in SoCal? Audi A3 1.8 premium. Msrp is $31495. Selling price is $27600. Residual is 54% and MF is 0.00126. 42 months with 15k miles. Rolling over $3900 negative. $1000 down and $440 payment. Is this a good deal? Should I go to 36 months?

Should I go to 36 months?The payment is slightly better on the 42 month lease, especially when rolling over a big chunk of negative equity. Why are you getting rid of your current ride?

Because its not an Audi and it too was a lease that I am going over the miles. With that being said, does this appear to be a good deal, or am I leaving something I the table?
