Thoughts on buying a 2015 Audi S3 used next year?

Disclaimer: I'm relatively new to car purchasing.
I was thinking of leasing a new S3 this year when I realized they are all selliig at MSRP or close to it. In the case there is a used 2015 S3 for sale next July/August, would it be worth it? I've heard that once a car goes from new to used, there is significant savings even with low mileage.
What are the chances of finding a used 2015 S3 next year? Rare to none?
Thanks in advance!

I was using the 2014 audi s4 as a basis and there seems to be quite a few out there... any particular reason why the s3 wouldnt have the same results next year?

There are an extremely limited number of these currently on the ground here in the US. This is in contrast to the A4, S4, A3, etc all of which have tremendous supply right now. As such, it's not likely that you will find many of these making their way back to the dealer. And if you do, the cost savings will not be as significant as with other more seasoned models, assuming the demand remains as high as it has these past few months. I think you have a better chance 24 months in when some of the original leases are up.
The only caveat I would add is that since this is a new design, you may see some owners dumping them should issues present themselves in this first run before Audi gets the bugs worked out. But in that case, do you really want a car that others wanted out of so quickly?
