2014 volvo xc60 under 10,000 miles, will be 1 year old in December. In 2x for oil consumption now in for 3rd time for oil consumption needs engine replaced. Anyone else put there with this issue? What does this do to my car? It's value?

Entire engine or cylinder head? In any event, a new engine won't hurt the value of your car as long as its a factory replacement done at the dealership. I mean, a few buyers might get fussy about it, but most won't care. I would check though on what warranty is placed on the new engine.

I had similar issues on my 2011 XC 60 3.2 AWD. There was an engine noise on acceleration. Volvo dealer said there might be an issue with the pistons. Others have reported issues with the pistons not sealing correctly on these engines. We did not have oil consumption issues. The Volvo dealer was busy doing major repairs and replacements to these engines. It was difficult to schedule repairs. We were very disappointed with the Volvo reliability. Really enjoyed driving the Volvo. Would not buy another one but would consider leasing one with a different engine. We traded the Volvo for a new 2015 Acura RDX. So far so good with the Acura.
