Fair pricing for a 2014 Toyota Prius III

Hello! I am beginning my search for a 2014 Toyota Prius III. I've been quoted $22,809 and 22,616 from two different dealers for an MSRP of 26,915. The quoted price includes the $1500 dealer incentive. Is this a good price? Trucar says yes but my husband says wait....I am in MA. I was hoping for something closer to 21000. Is this possible?

I appreciate your thoughts...

You could wait a week and get closer to the end of the month and try then. Not sure about your market back there but Prii sales in general have been down. (247wallst.com).

If you email some dealers in a week or so and indicate exactly what you want and say you are going to buy immediately from whoever gives you the best price, you might get closer to your number.

And it's not exactly your area, but check Fitzmall.com for a reality check. They used to be the low price leader around DC, although that may have changed too. III prices there don't look so great this morning.

    Good luck!
