2014 Infiniti Q50 Premium lease. Good deal?

I'm about to pull the trigger on a Q50 Premium (std options) wanted to get feedback on this deal. 39 month term 12k miles/year Monthly Payment - $513 including tax Documentation Fee $402 Registration Fee - $135 Bank Fee - $700 Total Money due - $513. Residual is 54% They are paying off 3 payments of $353.67 toward my old lease. If you would like to purchase the Q50, the MSRP is $45,290 Sale Price is - $41,503.

    It looks okay, considering you are adding $1060 in costs from your old lease..
