Re-align Intake Camshaft Timing & Locating TDC. Hyundai Santa Fe.

Replaced both timing belts with drive belts. However, I did not establish TDC, Thereafter having realized that, is when I attempted to locate TDC and re-set the "Intake Camshaft" with the timing belt off, it popped out of sequence of a few rocker arm adjustments. CRANK THE CAR OVER, IT MAKES THIS CRANKING SOUND WITH TWO CYMBAL GRINDING SOUNDS; don't know what's going on?

I'm not sure how to recover TDC?
