2013 Chevy Impala Reduced Engine Power, Service Traction control
WELL....my 2002 Impala had this issue, otherwise a decent car. I thought surely they would have fixed the issue by now, so I bought my daughter a 2013 LTZ last year, just barely out of the bumper to bumper and low and behold, traction control and reduced power issue just like my 2002. WHY is this not a recall issue? It is dangerous !!!!!!!! NTBS not doing a thing !!!!

if i had known this has been a problem for this many years, i would have never bought the car. missed this issue when i was doing my initial research.
i should not have to pay to repair a manufacturers defective design.

Sounds to me like you might have a poor connection or break in the wire for the speed sensor in the hub in a wheel OR you have a speed sensor/hub that's worn and moving slightly allowing the gap between the sensor and the cogs on the wheel that it sensors to read the speed to increase when the wheel is turned one way.
That might be turning on the ABS control/stabilitrak which is attempting to correct the direction of the car by activating the ABS on a wheel to control over speeding of that hub or control yaw or turning rate relative to the steering wheel . In other words, preventing a skid or reducing the skid possibility.
The first thing to do is get a diagnosis from a reputable GM shop that deals with these all the time. Just like people with Hondas and Toyotas go to their shops for the problems those cars DO have. The car needs to be connected to the computer that can read all the many computers and their history. Since you imply the car makes noise consistently when in a turn, this should be easy to diagnose by professionals.
This is not something you can expect to diagnose from a distance unless you are conversant with the operation of the ABS/traction control/Stabilitrak systems.
I am not sure why you think GM should fix it. The car is over the 36,000 mile warranty and over the 3-year warranty other than for rust through and powertrain.!
