GM Service letters

Does any one know how to log onto the GM web site and access the Service Letters.
I have a printout of one of these letters that has the web address on the bottom but it is just numbers. When I try to acess the site using the numbers as a adress I just get a site not found message.

You aren't allowed to read them, if you are referring to Technical Service Bulletins or TBS. Is that what you meant? You can get a list of subject headers from www.alldata.com, but you'll probably have to either subscribe to some online service to read them in total. Sometimes people here will share them if you know the reference number.

Is a password protected site that they supply the logon and password to dealers and fleet shops.
Without the username and password, no access.
They had a problem with the username and password getting out across the internet and they changed everything, pages, logins and all.
