    My salesperson quietly suggested that I avoid either nav system, as their operation was a bit "clunky".

    fordson1, two months ago: "The Passat uses the RNS-510; the others use the RNS-310. The 310 lacks some of the features of the older 510 but it's much faster and the BT integration is way better."

    I have a 2013 tdi sel and the nav/radio is by far my biggest complaint. The processing time is way too slow.

    Do after-market double-DIN options exist to replace the factory nav/radio/rear-view with something else?
