Just got a lease offer on a 2014 335i with 12k miles and 61% residual

MSRP 55,625.00
Selling Price 49,249.85
Money Factor: .00080 with 7 MSDs
$3500 security deposit
$3000 down payment
$475/month including taxes

Thoughts? Thanks for all the useful information everyone on the forum!

    It's hard to know exactly, without knowing your state tax, and the breakdown of your $3000 (assuming that's the full amount due, not all CAP reduction). But, you have the base money factor and full MSD reduction, correct residual, and the selling price is 9% off MSRP minus the $750 Innovations credit, so that is a great selling price, as well.

    Yes the $3000 is total down, I'm in California. So the selling price includes $750 innovation and $1000 recent grad incentives. So overall it's a good deal? Thanks for your help!
