How many filters are there in a 2003 GMC Yukon 5.3 V8 Vortec and where are they located?

My Yukon is having issues staying running, I changed the fuel filter already but no luck so I wanted to know if there were more filters that could need changing.

Just one filter, on the frame rail, but there is also a "fuel strainer" on the end of the fuel sending unit in the gas tank. Clogging at this point in the system would indicate a large amount of contaminant in the fuel tank.
