GMC Jimmy Uneven Tire Wear

My front tires on my 2001 Jimmy are wearing out on the inside of the tire badly & when I make a sharp left turn i hear clunking noise?? any ideas what the problem is besides alignment???

Besides alignment, you could have sagging springs, worn control arm bushings and worn ball joints. All of these would cause this condition---excessive camber.

SOMEONE TOLD ME IT MAY BE THE IDLE ARM? IS THAT ALSO POSSIBLE??

I don't think so. That doesn't affect camber. That would affect toe-in. Your truck is squatting, and pushing the bottom of the tires outward.
