Hoping someone can validate an offer I just received:

New 2015 Q5 3.0T Premium Plus -- MSRP $52,350
36 month lease
10k/annual miles
$3k cash at signing (all-in: 1st month, tax, title, etc).
Dealership is asking $625/month

Dealership is taking over a 2012 S4 (MSRP $54k), 21k miles, 36 month lease WITH 5 months remaining.

Dealership located in New York State.

Good deal? Bad deal?

With the trade, and without knowing how much the dealership has to eat on it, it's impossible to know.. Also, would need to know the selling price of the vehicle and the money factor they are using.

Hey @2015audiq5 -- see if you can get the complete deal worksheet from the dealership (including cap. cost, residual value and money factor for the Q5) and post that here so that we can give you a full evaluation.

Also, it's possible that you have some equity in your S4 lease. Try appraising it here and then comparing that value to the buy out price for your lease (all remaining payments + the original residual value from your lease contract).
