Cooper or other tires for Chicago driving

Am in need of new tires for my 2007 Highlander Sport. Local Store is trying to sell me on Cooper and do not know much about them. I have the Bridgestone Duelers on them now and love the handling in snow and rain BUT they are way too noisy. Michelin is way too expensive. Open for suggestions.

It would help to know the exact Cooper tire you have in mind. Sounds like you want an All-Season Highway tire?
