Lease cars in November v. December 2014, in current Audi A4, looking for new luxury lease in Houston

I'm looking to get into a luxury lease for 2015 and live in Houston, TX (area code 77055) -- my lease on an 2012 Audi A4 Quattro is ending in a little over a month on December 29th and I want to turn in.

Is November the best time to get the best rates vs. December with Audi?

Additionally, I"m not that enthused about the new body style of the 2015 Audis so am looking into other options, can you please advise what other options (Lexus, Mercedes) that you think may be better?

I'm seeking to only put down around $1,500-$2K and need payment less than $450/month.

If you can please advise, I would greatly appreciate any and all insights.

The last week of the year is a great time to get a new car. It's not likely the lease programs will be any better, but dealers are motivated to sell.

If you don't like Audi (and, they aren't that cheap to lease, anyway), then Infiniti probably has the best deals going.. The Q50 AWD is pretty comparable to an A4, though a lot more power.
