1998 Nissan Maxima Electrical Problems

I have a 1998 Nissan Maxima and have several electrical problems. All the gauges are all over the place, don't know if the are right or wrong. Radio doesn't work started with the volume adjustment now don't work at all. have been through about 4 batteries. Maybe a ground problem, at this point don't know. Also been through 3 sets of the electric fans for the radiator. Also have been through about 3 sets of front brakes on the front end. Don't know if the calipers are sticking or what. Always has brake dust all over the wheels. Any ideas on any of these problems ? Thanks for any replies

    Offhand, sounds like an over-charging problem--a rogue alternator?

    3 sets of brakes in how many miles?
