We're looking to Lease a 2015 Tahoe LTZ ( $61,470 MSRP) ,36mos/12 36/15. No $ down, just required drive off. Can you confirm with me the NOV. MF & Residual for the SLT (Open road pack/bucket seats) Live in Calif 92660. Is there really a better incentive to lease on Black Friday or end of the Month? We're trying to be around $699 a month. Is that realistic ? What is smart lease, is it Worth it? Are the MF & Residual the same for a comparable GMC Yukon SLT?

1.30% APR and 62%/60% residual. The Yukon has a higher APR.

Can you get to $699/mo.? Possibly.. it all depends on how big of a discount you negotiate.

End of the month is always better, but you should start discussions now... to make sure the vehicle you want is on the lot.
