Just rescently when im traveling between 40-50 it flucuates about 500rpms. I was wonder if it is the torque converter slipping in-and-out. Has anyone else had this problem? if so how can i fix it and cost?

Well it might be the torque converter clutch solenoid (internal, mounted on transmission valve body) but I have heard that occasionally this condition can be fixed by meticulously cleaning all your ground connections, including polishing and tighting battery posts, cleaning the engine to frame ground strap and also a ground wire behind the distributor. You never know!
