Black oil leaks - 2015 Navigator

Just bought a new Navigator (2015) and it is messing up my garage!. Some kind of black oil leaks. Checked the car into a dealer now. Not happy with this happening on a new car; but hoping they will sort it out soon!.

New buyers watch the garage/driveway for leaks. Don't assume new cars are perfect!(lesson learned).

    They are saying it might be some black dye (Its a black car but I am not sure why there is dye under the car which is not dry.). Gave me a free wash. Any way, I don't see the leak now.

    Update: Figured out, where the leak is. The tail pipe is spitting water mixed with carbon monoxide. I guess, it may be normal? But is this safe environmentally?
