But you just did!
All you have to do to start a new topic is click on "New Discussion" on the drop down menu on the right of this page. This option would be if you're hoping to participate in a longterm interaction with other users.
If you're primarily concerned with having just a quick question answered, and don't plan to participate in the forums regularly, you can click on "New Discussion" and THEN on "Ask a Question" when that option appears.
After that, just give your question a header, and if you wish, elaborate in the content box. Be sure to tell us the year, make, model, and if relevant, which engine and transmission you have.
That's all there is to it!
