would a Lexus IS 250 without navigation at 335 a month for 36 months with 3000 down be a smart move? Someone please help me!!!!

There isn't enough information to answer.

Can you provide the MSRP and the selling price? Also, what is the breakdown of the $3000? How much of that is the actual down payment?

One last thing .. how many miles per year?

Hello and thank you for getting back to me. The MSRP is 41414.00. Selling price is 37471.70 and delivered price is 41155.28. I'm not sure how much is the actually down payment but he said 3000 out of pocket

Using the 36/15 residual of 63% and the base MF of .00105 along with your MSRP and delivered price, I get a payment of $489.06/mo for 36 months.

My guess is that a considerable portion of the $3000 is used as cap cost reduction, but even if it is, I can't get to $335/mo. ($3000 down / 36 months = $83/mo savings on your payment).

Have the dealer print out the lease worksheet for you to review ... and share with us.

Looks too good at the moment .. which is why we need to see more information about how the dealer got to that payment.
