    And said new styling will debut at which show, Chicago I assume since apparently it isn't Detriot.

    They really need to do something that strikes a chord with people. Just "ok" isn't good enough in the midsize mainstream segment anymore. I wanted to like the current Malibu, but next to the Fusion, Mazda6, even the Accord, it's just not at their level. It's not bad, but the rest are just a lot more appealing. I'd really like Chevy to put up some home runs, or at least triples across the board instead of base hits and standing doubles. Sorry for the baseball analogy, it's just what came to mind.

    Funny, I can't stand the fish-mouth of the Fusion, its taillights, it's low-cut rear doors, or the fact that some are made in Mexico. I do see a lot of them though. If you don't have to have a magazine's top choice, the Malibu is a nice car available at a nice price, particularly right now, and is built in Kansas with engine and trans built in the U.S. and a pretty decent domestic parts content.
