Are you a current or recent car shopper who bought an EV and then installed solar – or who had solar already, making the decision to go electric easier?
OR
Are you a recent EV buyer (past 3 months) as a result of manufacturer incentives and dealer discounts on these vehicles, including year-end deals? Were you convinced to buy an EV after finding a good end-of-year deal, or due to uncertainty around which EVs will no longer qualify for full/partial EV tax credits in 2024? What are the possible causes? '07 Torrent

I have an 07 torrent and starting at a speed of 40mph the car hiccups a lot while trying to accelerate. If I feather the pedal it seems to correct it. And it seems to do it while at a cruising speed with the Rpm at 1100 to 1300. I first thought maybe the TPS sensor was having issues but there are no DTC's to support that theory. What could it be? Please help

Hhmm I believe the torque converter gets engaged at about that speed

Might need the scan tool here. Telling the difference between a torque converter issue and an engine misfire can be tricky.

Okay but why would it lurch when I try to accelerate, while going uphill or on flat ground?
