What's causing a hesitation or bucking from the engine at high speed during kick down?

I've replaced all (3) ignition coils, both O2 sensors, wires and plugs, air filter, fuel filter...Also experience some missing at low rpms as well...not sure what the problem is??

    Yeahh on my 4-Runner :) It's got lots of miles on it but normally runs great

    We need a scan tool on that puppy, hopefully as the bucking and hesitation are occurring. Then bring us back those codes. I don't know what year car this is---hopefully an OBD-II engine.
