Worth waiting for President's Day "sales" to buy a Mazda cx-5?

I am looking at buying a cx-5. Does Mazda typically offer manufacturer incentives for first time Mazda purchasers? Through Truecar I see they have a $500 loyalty Cash incentive and a Military incentive, but nothing else. Also, through TrueCar I have noticed a lot of incentives from varying manufacturers expire on February 2nd. Is that an indicator that there will be new incentives offered starting February 2nd? Can that include Mazda?

It means the current programs expire on February 2nd. Doesn't necessarily mean they will change them, but if they are, that's when they will do it.
