I am getting quote of a Q5 Premium Plus
MSRP'44,320
Cap Cost 41,525.
MF; 0.00123 (Seems high to me as I have great credit)
Residual 57%
Audi Care
Audi Loyalty Program (1,000 Credit)
36/10

0$ Out of Pocket and 620/month

Is thsi GOOD deal or should I push for lower Cap Cost?

I like to stick to 36.. for the reasons you mention.. The savings never seems like quite enough to go for the longer term.

.00123 is the base money factor for top tier credit. 57% residual for 36/10 with AudiCare.

I get $563/mo.+tax... Which looks about $17/mo. less than your quote... but, if you rolled in your first payment, that might make up the difference.

The Q5 isn't particularly cheap to lease, but that looks like a decent deal.. Montgomery or Beechmont?
