Just became a member. When it comes to leasing, i read if have negative equity its "better" to lease then finance. Just read its still tough to get a lease approved if have too much added on. With my 4-5k and trying to lease a new car in 20,000 range to hope to have like low 400 payments, would that stand a chance to be approved? my fico score is 743ish right now.

It's hard to say, but burying $4K equity in a low priced car is going to be harder than if you were leasing a $40K car.. If you can do it, then $400 is definitely achievable.. just don't know if you can get approved.
