Deluxe Touring Package
Technology Package
MSRP=$54935

Please give me idea for 36/39 month, 12k/year lease, 0 down, Michigan(6% tax)
with VPP(supplier), Royal customer to Infiniti

Expected Cap ? (Expected discount including recent dealer incentives, etc.)
RV?
MF?

Should be monthly payment with tax?

36/12 for sport AWD are 56% and .00012. Subtract 1% for 39 month lease term.

I've not been in the market for $50K sport sedans, so cannot help you with the pricing. Use the tools at the top of the page (make / model / year) to help establish a target.

Without knowing the cap cost, I am unable to model a payment for you.
