The 42/12 numbers for the Q5 2.0T Premium Plus are .00143 and 51%. The MF is being marked up on you.

We also do not recommend making any sort of a down payment on a lease - if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.

This is not a good deal. Is the $49,025 the negotiated price or the MSRP? We need both in order to model a payment.

Residual is based on the MSRP. Sales tax on a lease in Florida is applied to the monthly payment; not sure why the dealer is adding $3000 in taxes to your deal.

Not sure how much of a discount you can get on the Q5 - for the sedans, we push for 4-6% off sticker.
