What is the residual Value for 10K a year and 36 months ?

It's real... but, you have to watch the fine print..

$1900 downpayment is $52.78/mo. $625 acq.fee is $17.36/mo.

So... up to about $170/mo. with nothing upfront but first payment.. Not a bad deal, but this is a completely base model.. And, depending on where you live, there is no telling what the dealer fee might be.
