Several Lexus dealers are saying they don't allow MSD, is this true?

I believe I've seen past posters who live in NY tell us they can lease a car from a dealer in NJ and use MSD to buy down the money factor.

Have you contacted multiple dealers in NJ and gotten the same story from all of them? It's possible the loophole that allowed this in the past has been closed.
